Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to Kylinaura. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will handle returns, exchanges, or refunds according to this policy.
1. Return and Refund Window
1) Standard return window: You may request a return or exchange within 10 days after delivery.
2) EU orders: If your order is delivered to the EU, you have a 14-day right to cancel or return your order without giving a reason (starting from the delivery date).
2. Return/Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must:
- Be unworn and unused;
- Be in good condition with all tags attached;
- Be returned in (as much as possible) original packaging;
- Be supported by proof of purchase, order number, and clear product photos.
3. How to Request a Return
Step 1: Contact us
Email support@kylinaura.com with:
- Your order number;
- Proof of purchase;
- Product photos;
- Reason for return/exchange.
We usually reply within 12 hours.
Step 2: Ship the item back
After approval, please return the item within 3 business days. We will email you the return address (and return guidance/label when applicable). After shipping, please send the tracking number to support@kylinaura.com.
Step 3: Inspection and refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 10 business days have passed after approval, please contact us.
4. Shipping Costs and Other Fees
In most cases, return shipping is paid by the customer.
However, Kylinaura will cover return-related costs if:
1) The product is damaged or significantly worn during shipping;
2) We shipped the wrong item, or the item does not match your order;
3) Delivery failed due to incorrect logistics information provided by us.
If costs are covered by us, reimbursement is typically made via PayPal. Please provide receipts or payment proof for verification.
5. Default Refund Method
Unless otherwise specified, approved refund requests are processed as full refunds.
